Logging Into Aurum

Aurum has a two-step authorization process. The first is ensuring you have an Office 365 account and the second is getting access to client accounts.

Office 365 Account

As a Maersk employee, you will automatically be assigned an Office 365 login. This is the login information you will use to log into the application. If you have questions or need help with your account, please contact the IT Help Desk at ithelp@visiblescm.com.

Aurum User Account

The IT Department will need to set up your new user account with access to clients. Please work with your trainer or your PMO to get access set up. Do not reach out directly to IT.

​​​The system will keep you logged in for 24 hours before the login expires. The best practice is to ensure you log out at the end of the day so that your session doesn't expire during the next business day.
